Booking Terms and Conditions

We've made our booking process as flexible as possible for our guests. You don't need to make an advance payment, and we offer a free cancellation within 48 hours (for tours that require a trekking permit) and 24 hours (for tours without a trekking permit) before the tour starts. This way, you only pay when you actually go on the tour, and you don't have to wait for a refund if you need to cancel last minute.


Additionally, our payment on arrival policy ensures that you have the flexibility to change your plans without worrying about losing your deposit. This gives you peace of mind and allows you to focus on planning your trip and getting excited for your adventure.

How Our Booking Process Works?

In 8 simple steps we explain what you should take into account along our booking terms and conditions:

Find Your Tour

Book one of our tours directly through our website or reach out to us through any of our available channels to customize your trip to your liking.

Get Confirmation

After selecting your tour, you will receive confirmation from us. This will be sent immediately if booked through our website, or in a separate email for customized tours.

Stay in Touch

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your trip. We are here to assist you and will respond promptly and thoroughly.

Modify Your Tour

Flexibility is important, and we understand that plans can change. You can modify or cancel your booking as needed, free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours before the tour start for non-permit required tours and 48 hours before the tour start for permit required tours, will not be charged.

Submit Documents

For treks requiring permits, please provide us with a copy of your passport and passport photo as a JPG or PDF via email at least one week prior to the trek. It helps us to arrange the necessary permits and make your trek smooth.

Specify the Pick-Up Place

If you have already arranged accommodation in Pokhara, please let us know the name of the hotel, so we can arrange for pick-up from your hotel on the day of the tour.

Pay on Arrival

Conveniently, payment can be made upon arrival before the tour begins. We prefer cash payment but other forms of payment can be accommodated upon request, with a small additional fee. Our prices are in US Dollars, but payments can also be made in equivalent amounts in Nepalese Rupees, British Pounds or Euros.
